Embracing A Hebraic Lifestyle

We are returning to our biblical roots—seeking to walk in the ways of the early church through biblical application, Spirit-led living, Kingdom-focused ministry, and fruit that remains.

As part of this journey, we align our lives with the Biblical calendar, gathering our families:

  • Weekly around Shabbat

  • Monthly for Rosh Chodesh (the new moon)

  • Yearly to honor the Feasts of the Lord

In addition to the Gregorian calendar, we embrace the Hebraic calendar—God’s original design for times and seasons. Below, you’ll find insights into the current biblical month and its prophetic significance for your walk today.

Unveiling Abundant Blessings: Embracing the Fullness of God's Benefits Month by Month, Including the Joy of Rosh Chodesh!

In Psalm 103:2, the Lord instructs us to bless Him and not forget all His benefits. While we often associate this scripture with salvation and healing, it reminds us to acknowledge and appreciate ALL the blessings bestowed upon us.

Each month carries its own unique blessings and benefits, one of which is the celebration of Firstfruits or Rosh Chodesh. This observance serves as a reminder of the goodness and provision of the Lord in our lives, highlighting the importance of recognizing and rejoicing in the blessings that come with each passing month.

Sivan [May - June]

Appointed Time: Shavuot / Pentecost - giving of the Torah. A time to receive supernatural revelation. Receive God’s abundant provision and a fresh outpouring of the Ruach HaKodesh!

Alphabet: ZAYIN – receiving mercy for completion. Sivan is a covenant month. It is the month of the tribe of Zebulun. The name Zebulun comes from two Hebraic root words; zaval and zaved. Zaval means to dwell. Zaved means gift or dowry. This is the month that the Lord chose to marry His people.

Tribe: The month of Zebulon, the “businessperson’s month” had an ability for business and the marketplace. This is the month to learn prosperity principles.

Characteristics:

    • Sivan is a covenant month

    • The month of GIVING

    • The month of receiving your boundaries

    • The month to be merciful

    • The month of alignment (Moses, Miriam, Aaron)

    • The Shabbat month, the Feast of Weeks

    • The month to connect your walk with your talk (Pr.10:9) What you are decreeing needs to align up with how you are walking.

    • This month pictures walking, walking means “continuous, ongoing, progress.” This is the month to move from one level of strength to the next…Children of God walked out of Egypt towards their land of promise.

I love what Chuck Pierce says in A Time to Advance, pg. 275; “Sivan is a month in which you can move the strength you gained in last month into a new level. Earth and heaven are connected in a timed sequence. So don’t let your Greek mindset keep things fragmented. Things are overlapping and tying together. What you are experiencing one month is part of what causes you to come full circle. You are gathering wisdom as you move forward into the fullness of God’s plan.”
